Our Story
Cliff Harvel’s Moving Company is locally owned and operated. We are licensed by the state of North Carolina (Certificate # C-634). We have been providing full packing and moving services to the entire state of North Carolina since 1978. Upon request, we can provide you with a free written estimate. We specialize in both residential and commercial moves; short or long distance. Our employees are fully trained, and qualified movers. We go the extra mile to ensure your move is as stress-free as possible.

- Large variety of new & used packing materials available for purchase.
- We buy back one-time used cartons at 15% of the original cost. (Only applies to cartons purchased directly from us.)
- We gladly accept MasterCard & Visa
Are you ready to move?
- Everything needs to be packed, including mirrors, pictures, lamps, and all other breakable items. (Unless we are scheduled to provide packing services for you.)
- Clothing and linens may be left in drawers.
- Make sure all boxes are taped shut.
- If you are moving into self-storage, you may need furniture pads. We rent and sell them upon request. If purchased from us, we will buy them back at a discounted price following the move.
- Please inform us if you have a pool table, piano, large safe, tanning bed, or hot tub.
- Computers need to be disconnected. Our movers do not reconnect them at the new destination.
- If our movers disconnect and reconnect your washer or ice-maker, it is your responsibility to make sure there are no leaks.
